APS Storage Rewards Program Webinar

Join Solar United Neighbors and Arizona Public Service (APS) representatives for a webinar exploring the APS Storage Rewards pilot, which is a bring your own device (BYOD) program. This new program will pay APS customers who have home battery systems to participate in something called a “distributed power plant” (DPP for short, also called a Virtual Power Plant), to make their stored energy available to the utility during times of high electricity demand. Think of it as getting paid for helping stabilize the grid when it needs it most, while still maintaining your energy independence. This is a significant victory for solar and battery storage advocates across Arizona. We’ve been gathering information about the program as it has been developed, and we’re ready to answer all your questions!
