Cynthia Zwick of RUCO and Diane Brown of AZ PIRG Education Fund will help us understand the upcoming Arizona Corporation Commission rate cases. Two utilities, Arizona Public Service (APS) and Tucson Electric Power (TEP) have proposed double-digit rate increases. On top of this, the new “formula rate increase” provision changes what rate increases mean in perpetuity!
